While it my temporarily help cash flow for poorly managed contractors, in the long run; it is much more efficient and less stressful for all parties to have one crew on one project at a time. Your project will be overseen by a job manager who will keep you informed throughout the construction process. He will be easily accessible to answer any questions you may have.
